Your WebKey Account is your personal, single point of authentication that will allow you to access product information and associated support tools located at: http://support.industrysoftware.automation.siemens.com/gtac.shtml. To request a WebKey account you need to provide us: Your customer information, plus your name, phone number and e-mail address. If there are any further questions regarding WebKey Accounts, customers in the United States and Canada may call 714-952-5444 or 800-955-0000 and select option 2,6. A representative from the GTAC organization will be available to assist you. Customers outside the United States and Canada should contact their local support office.
